• Ons behou die reg voor om briewe te redigeer of nie te publiseer nie. We reserve the right to edit or omit content.

• Lasterlike briewe sal nie gepubliseer word nie. Defamatory letters will not be published.

• Geen briewe langer as 400 woorde sal geplaas word nie sonder spesiale toestemming van die redakteur. Letters more than 400 words will not be published without special permission from the editor.

• Briewe deur dieselfde skrywer word tot een per maand beperk. Letters from any one author are limited to one per month.

• 'n Skuilnaam mag gebruik word, mits die skrywer hy/sy naam, volle woonadres, telefoonnommer en handtekening verskaf. A pseudonym may be used, but all letters must include the writer's full names, address, signature and contact number.

• Briewe oor verbruikers- of diensklagtes oor privaat individue of ondernemings sal nie geplaas word nie. Letters concerning service or consumer complaints against private persons or enterprises will not be published.

• Alle briewe gemik op 'n spesifieke party sal eers na die betrokke party vir kommentaar gestuur word voordat hulle vir publikasie oorweeg word. All letters criticising a specific organisation or party will be sent to that party for comment before being considered for publication.
