The first Iconic Wellness Expo Mossel Bay will be held on Saturday, 23 March, in the town hall.

The event is free to attend for the public. Stallholders/vendors pay a fee. There will be speakers, products to buy and workshops.

Proceeds from the stallholders/vendors will go to three charities in the Mossel Bay area: the SPCA, Creating Effective Families (CEF) and The Haven night shelter. There will also be a raffle to raise money for the charities.

Speakers

The expo takes place from 09:00 to 15:00. There are 10 speakers, giving their presentations in half hour slots each, from 09:00 to 15:00.

The speakers include a writer, nutritionists, health coaches, a yoga instructor, energy/ balance experts and experts in natural healing techniques and plant remedies.

The expo will embrace a holistic approach to wellness, encompassing spirit, soul and body.

The benefits of participating as a vendor are: - Direct access to a targeted audience seeking health and wellness solutions. - Networking opportunities with industry professionals and like-minded individuals. - Increased visibility and brand exposure. - Opportunity to generate leads and acquire new customers.

- Opportunity to launch new products or services.

The vendor's fee of R350 includes a 3mx3m stall space as well as two chairs and one table if so required.

Prize for best stall

The organisers say: "A prize for best stall appearance will be presented at the end of the day, so we encourage vendors to take special care with your stall set-up."
