This circular visualisation shows real gene mutations found in 3 000 paediatric cancers at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Genes with sequence mutations are labelled in blue; those with structural variations are in red; and those with too many or too few copies are in green. The ribbons between genes show where chromosomes have been cross-connected or rearranged.
