BEAT THE BUGS

Bugs and mites are always getting into flour when you store it for a while. My mom, though, has figured out a great way of preventing this. Simply transfer the flour into a washed plastic cooldrink bottle (five-litre Oros bottles work extremely well), and the bugs can’t get in at all. We even store our sugar in them, and they work great.
