BET 1 Soccer Treble at 11/2 Juventus WIN 5/10 – Malaga WIN 13/20 – Baroka WIN 33/20

Juventus vs Fiorentina (HOME WIN)

5/10 – Juventus made it five Scudetto’s in a row last term and are major favourites to lift the title once more.

They were outstanding on their ground last season, with 16 victories from 19 games, scoring 37 goals and conceding just six times.

Fiorentina made a bright start to the campaign last season and will be eager to do the same once again. But that could prove a difficult task with a trip to the city of Turin to face the champions. The Viola could give a solid performance in the first half, but in the end, Juve should pull through. Juventus to win, though, at a decent price of 5/10.

Malaga vs Osasuna (HOME WIN)

13/20 – Last season it took Malaga seven weeks to get their first win in La Liga, but with Juande Ramos at the helm, they’ll be looking to hit the ground running. Ramos won a host of trophies during his time at Sevilla and will be hoping to emulate that with Malaga.

They finished 8th last season thanks to a solid second half of the campaign, but this season they can fight for the Champions League places. With a solid squad, good signings and a manager who knows what he wants to do, Malaga could be up there with the best and pose problems to all sides in La Liga. They’re up against newlypromoted Osasuna on Friday, one of the favourites to go down this season. Los Rojillos are winless in their last five friendlies, losing four times. The home win is a top bet.

Baroka FC vs Ajax Cape Town (HOME

WIN) 33/20 – Newcomers Baroka FC will begin their life in the top flight against Ajax Cape Town at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium. Last season’s NFD champions recently won the Fame Charity Cup where they beat Black Leopards 1-0 and Kaizer Chiefs 3-0 on penalties in the final, after the game had ended goalless. Bakgaga will be hoping to carry that momentum into the new season and secure maximum points against Ajax. Kgoloko Thobejane’s side have lost just once at home in 2016, winning seven of 11 games in all competitions. Ajax Cape Town will be hoping to improve on last season’s 10th place, but they’ve lost some influential personnel with Abbubaker Mobara and Riyaad Norodien jumping ship to Orlando Pirates. The signings of Joaquim Lupeta, Erick Chipeta, Keoropetse Molete and Roscoe Pietersen hardly get the pulse racing. Baroka FC are high on confidence and are tipped to oust their opponents.

BET 2 Value Bet Granada vs Villarreal (AWAY WIN)

18/10 – Granada’s ambitious new Chinese owners appointed former Rayo Vallecano coach Paco Jemez to improve last season’s 16th place finish. After the departures of key players like Adalberto Penaranda, Isaac Success, Youssef El-Arabi and Ruben Rochina, Jemez has made five loan signings. Jeremie Boga, Victorien Angban, Jon Toral, Gabriel Silva and Guillermo Ochoa have joined on loan and Tito has followed his former coach from Rayo permanently.

Los Nazaries will face a tough test against Villarreal, who have beaten them in the last three meetings. The Yellow Submarine will be looking to build on last season’s fourth place and Fran Escriba has brought in some top talent. Villarreal have signed Roberto Soriano, Alfred N’Diaye, Denis Cheryshev and Alexandre Pato, along with securing loan deals for Jose Angel and Andres Fernandez. Their squad is a lot stronger than Granada’s and are well worth a punt at 18/10.

Gimme The Stars (2-1) – Ridden by Lyle Hewitson trained by Yvette Bremner. The Gimmethegreenlight gelding has improved with every run and will take a power of beating. At 2-1 he looks a really worthwhile horse to include in all bets.

Roma vs Udinese (HOME WIN) 4/10 – Roma had an excellent record on home soil last season, winning 13 of their 19 home matches, suffering just one defeat. Udinese, on the other hand, escaped the drop by the skin of their teeth, finishing 17th on the log, just one point above the relegation zone. Their away record was dismal to say the least, claiming just four wins from 19 games. At 4/10, Roma are tipped confidently to begin their season with a victory.
