Creamy Hake

Fish :

1 kg hake

1 tsp Aromat

4 tbs lemon juice

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp fish spice

1/2 tsp lemon pepper

1 tsp green chilli garlic Butter

Marinate the fish for about 1 to 2 hours. Heat some butter in a non-stick pan and fry the fish for about 6 minutes on each side.

Rice:

1 cup of Sella brown basmati rice

1 full teaspoon rough salt Pinch of turmeric

1 onion (chopped)

1 tsp spice for rice

½cup mixed vegetables Butter

Few drops of water

Boil the rice with salt and turmeric powder for 20 minutes. Drain and leave aside in a flat based pot. Sauté onion in some butter. Add spice to rice and mixed vegetables. Once vegetables are braised, add a few drops of water to steam them. Once water is evaporated, remove from the heat and add to the rice.

Sauce:

½ tsp garlic 100g butter

1/2 tsp green chillies 1 fresh cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt to taste Pepper to taste

½ tsp parsley

2 tbs mayonnaise

1 tsp maizena (to thicken mixture)

Whisk sauce ingredient­s. Boil until thickish. Serve with fish or throw over before serving.
