One of the luxury catamarans is Spirit D’ Sulis, Dorasamy’s charter, which is available for functions and romantic voyages or even team-building events.

“We like our customers to have whatever they want,” explained Sous Chef Ackerman, “So if you come here at two in the morning and order an egg on toast, we will make it for you.”

The items on the menu represent diversity with dishes hailing from India, Mexico, Asia, Portugal, Cuba, Italy, as well as France. However, there is nothing pretentious about it. It’s all about the freshness, delectable flavours and its generous portions.
