Leaders that fought in the trenches risking their lives to bring democracy to South Africa would not want to see their efforts go up in smoke. This hard-earned democracy has to be nurtured by all peace-loving people who believe that SA has the potential to become the economic hub in Africa.
Violence across the world has achieved nothing but pain, trauma, suffering and death. Look at Syria and you will deduce the best form of confrontation is across the table, where contentious issues are discussed with the aim of finding common ground and eventually reaching consensus.
