Enjoy Express trip with the kids

JULY is holiday time for kids. And what a better way to spend school holiday than with a train ride to Shongweni or Scottburgh!

The Holiday Express has arranged a superb family-orientated one-day train outing to the Shongweni Farmers and Craft Market on Saturday, June 30 andJuly 7 and to Scottburgh on Sunday, July 1 and July 8.

The Holiday Express, which departs from the Premier Lounge at Durban Station (Jelf Taylor Street) with its private platform. It’s convenient and there is also boom-protected parking available.

Travel time is about one hour to Shongweni and 90 minutes to Scottburgh. There is a selection of refreshments available on board.

Bookings of up to 350 people can be accommodated, or individual carriages for 18 people can be reserved as part of other scheduled trips, and a tailor-made package can be developed to suit your budget and requirements.
