The month of November often goes by a different moniker: “Movember”. This is the time of the year when many South African men sport a moustache to raise awareness for men’s health issues, including prostate cancer and mental health. Turn to page 37 to read more about this campaign, and how you can be part of the mo’ movement.

Still focusing on health, in this month’s edition of PREMIER, we have profiled one of the country’s most famous healthy exports: rooibos tea. Across South Africa, many people have a box of rooibos tea in their kitchen cupboard – not only is it a refreshing choice of drink, but the health benefits of enjoying a cup of rooibos tea are numerous. Turn to page 73 to read more about this wonder herb in Brew a Cup of Health.

To assist you in daydreaming about the upcoming holiday season, we have a plethora of exciting travel destinations in this month’s pages.

If you are looking for a travel adventure slightly closer to home, but one which still requires you to get your passport stamped, the Kingdom of Swaziland offers gorgeous landscapes and a warm culture in which to revel. The picturesque village of Franschhoek in the Western Cape has long been an ideal holiday destination for many because of its beautiful surroundings, world-class wine estates, excellent restaurants, and premier accommodation options. Bringing all this together on one property is Leeu Estates.
