Grande Provence Sauvignon Blanc 2017, Coastal Region The farm is located in Franschhoek and has a history dating back more than 300 years. The vineyards are spread over 47 acres in total. Upfront notes of tropical fruit and cut grass that lead to a crisp clean finish that is refreshing on the palate.

Louisvale Unwooded Chardonnay 2017, Stellenbosch

This Stellenbosch wine farm focusses on Chardonnay to the extent that it is the only grape planted on the estate. The wine is very fruit driven with notes of yellow peaches and lemon rind on the nose. The palate has layered nuances of delicate citrus and stone fruit.

Riebeek Cellars Chenin Blanc 2018, Swartland

Another excellent example of Chenin Blanc from the Swartland area, with concentrated ripe fruit flavours, which is a result of dryland farming. The wine has no wood contact during the winemaking process, resulting in the essence of what Chenin Blanc can offer. The aromas display hints of apricots with some floral notes. On the palate the wine is delectably juicy with a crisp finish.

Riebeek Cellars Pinotage 2016, Swartland

In recent years the winemakers in the Western Cape have changed their winemaking style of Pinotage towards a fruitier and lighter style of wine. On the nose, the wine has a lot of red fruit and hints of chocolate, it has berry fruit with a supportive tannin structure that lingers on the palate.

African Whisper Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, Breedekloof Recently, the South African wine industry has had a run of exceptional vintages with 2017 showing some great quality. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows some upfront black current and cigar box notes on the nose. The palate is very soft and this wine can easily be enjoyed on its own due to its juicy finish.

Jordan Chameleon Cabernet Sauvignon-merlot blend Plush textured Merlot fills the framework provided by the Cabernet Sauvignon, leading to approachable flavours of sunripened plum and dark-skinned spring berries with a top-note of herbal dried mint. A well-structured and delicious wine.

Jordan The Prospector Syrah 2015, Stellenbosch

This wine was matured in both French and American oak for a total of 16 months. The nose has hints of dark cherry and Chinese five spice leading into a rich, long, balanced mouthfeel. Truly a great example of what South Africa can do with Syrah.
