Happiness is a change of heart – but is it all?

Some things work and some don’t. How do I refine it to have the kind of paradigm shift that will leave me with a lust for life again?”

Dear Sue, when you know what is working and what is not, it is a good place to start from. Make a list of both! If a paradigm shift is what you are after to resolve your unhappiness, let’s be radical. Invite the art of intuition to bring back some magic into your life.

To get more of what you want and less of what is not working for you, you need clarity, insight and direction to shift. I know of no better way to get answers than from the soul activated by intuition from the inward philosophy.

It might sound confusing and illogical now, but even Albert Eistein said: “If you can imagine it, it exists somewhere.”

The best way to overcome emotional and physical turmoil is to deal with the over- whelming infor mation by eliminating most of it.

Balance returns us to somewhere between magic and science.

If you can no longer rely on your job, relationships or possessions for meaning, try connecting to yourself in a more real way.

Intuition is not just for emotional women. It is a bridge between what gives your soul satisfaction and living purposefully in your daily life.

To get there where your experiences register as real, the catalyst to move you includes many social taboos.

For example, share what you are thinking, sensing or dreaming. As you do this, your inner-self makes itself known and it becomes easier for you to understand what the world wants from you, versus what you want.

Perhaps you will be surprised to see the link between what works and what does not work in your life on that list you made.

Perhaps you’ll notice that the alternative of being a victim of your circumstances is to self-empower by knowing innately what is good for you and have your healthy perceptions returned to you.

Living with the sensitive skills of knowing what you need to, when you need it the most, has a magical feel to it. But it is closer to faith than you might expect. The paradigm shift requires a few new ideas: try it out this week and let me know what happens.

Can your dreams mean something? Can you sit with it for a while and be open to possible interpretations?

Could the people that you meet hold clues and answers?

What if there are no coinci- dences in life and even reading this indicates it is time for you to test what you sometimes already know about yourself ?

Open yourself for a paradigm shift. When we are closed, little changes.
