My Sweet Potato offers a variety of meal options like chicken and bacon stuffed with sweet potato; beef-stuffed sweet potato; sweet potato pancakes, with chicken strips or cinnamon and syrup; BBQ sticky wings with chicken strips and sweet potato fries; beef and bacon balls with sweet potato bake, beef sweet potato pie and sweet potato canapés (bacon and cheese or spinach and feta). “Our sweet potato fries are hand-cut and freshly made for every serving.

“Most of our meals are grilled or roasted to keep in line with getting the best nutrients out of every meal,” she said.
