The Twelve Apos­tles Ho­tel and Spa in Cape Town has re­cently launched a tan­ta­liz­ing seven-course Ve­gan Tast­ing Menu, in­clud­ing dishes such as bar­be­qued beet­root with burnt or­ange gel and crispy rice puffs, and charred corn salad with pop­corn pow­der and toasted co­conut flakes. The brain­child of award-win­ning Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Christo Pre­to­rius, the menu is filled with sat­is­fy­ing flavours that will make even the most stub­born of meateaters re­think their di­etary de­ci­sions.
