We were going to work on those things

“Well, with Stefano, the thing was that there were quite a few things that we felt were not ideal to put out there and into the papers because it was an internal matter that we resolved together. All of these things were administrative and that’s why we were never able to go public. But we all agreed that we would rather go our separate ways if he felt that things were not working out as fast as he wanted it to. As far as we know, it was an amicable decision for the two parties to part ways and we took it, as we were all on the same page and that is why we never really went out to talk about this and that because everything had been sorted out. If there is an opportunity for us to all work together again in future, we don’t know if it would be possible. The thing is, when you face challenges, you don’t go out and tell it to the public. Some of these things were not of our own making or even his and that’s why we felt that we can’t put this out in the media and talk about it. We had welcomed him and, yes, we were going to work on those things that needed attention on his side, which never materialised and we honestly felt like why should we keep someone here when things are not working out? There were no issues between him and us. As I said, there were some administrative decisions that were challenging and that we could not work out. Those were our internal issues and we would like to keep them there and not out in the public.”
