It’s all about discipline

“The boy is doing well. I remember he was at Free State Stars and then Pirates signed him, before loaning him out to get some experience at Swallows. He got gametime there, which helped him with gaining experience, which is why Pirates brought him back. If you recall, Pirates did the same thing with Lorch, whereby they signed him and then loaned him out to Cape Town All Stars, who then loaned him to Chippa. He got muchneeded experience there. He’s got discipline, dedication and determination, and if he can keep it that way, he will go far in football. The more he works hard, the more he will play, and he needs to keep the discipline on and off the field. It’s all about discipline and I know the boy from Orbit, from the time I was coaching that side in North West. He is so disciplined this boy and if he can keep it that way, his performance will never show a decline. Instead, it will keep rising. When he was playing at Orbit, you could see that this boy is going to be successful in football. That’s why Free State Stars signed him. So, now he has got the PSL experience and he needs to maintain his good performance. He mustn’t think that now I’m Saleng and become bigI’m headed. not saying he’s big-headed. I know some people believe Pirates now don’t need Lorch because they’ve got Saleng, but I beg to differ. Lorch is Lorch, Saleng is Saleng, they will never be the same. Lorch has more experience than lo mfana (this young man) and if he comes back and rediscovers his best form, he and Saleng will form a deadly combination.”
