On media and crime

THE murder of a Sakhumzi manager was precipitated by media reports that the restaurant had made thousands of rands after the ANC’s 105th anniversary. The media advertise business and puts owners lives at risk. – Anonymous

On Zuma charges

AFRIFORUM is now occupying the moral high ground in the fight against corruption. Please pursue the cases against the Guptas and President Jacob Zuma. – T Jones

On solution for Bucs

MY ADVICE to the chairman of Orlando Pirates, Irvin Khoza, who is looking for solutions, is to get Rudi Krol back as coach. This will allow Pirates to win like they used to. Then this problem will be solved. Corrie – van Greunen, Rustenburg

On fighting ANC graft

I REALLY find it strange that we allow our country to be destroyed by a few greedy politicians. The least said about President Jacob Zuma, the better. He was bought a long time ago and loves it. We really have to stand up and break this vicious cycle. We did it with the apartheid government. We have to do it now for our own sake and the future of our children. – Lefty Zondi, Khutsong HONESTY is an expensive gift that you don’t get from cheap people. The ANC is dishonest because it is shifting attention away from President Jacob Zuma’s ineptitude, corruption and incompetence to Absa’s leaked bailout. ANC, please rein in the directionless women’s league and the equally clueless KwaZuluNatal ANC Youth League. – Peter Noge

On poor PSL crowds

I AM very surprised by Irvin Khoza’s comments about the poor attendance at PSL matches. Sir, do you ever attend Orlando Pirates games like Kaizer Motaung does at Kaizer Chiefs matches? The answer is no! Can you lead by example, sir? – Edward O Mothoagae, Dinokana, Zeerust
