“We work with small companies. Our goal is to grow with them,” Gaba said.

“We ensure that our clients’ companies comply with the law, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act,” she said.

Gaba said the company wanted to focus on empowering women “mainly because this is a male-dominated field but I want to change that”.
