What does your best moment of relaxation involve?

A drink with my partners at the 19th hole after a good round of golf. What is your favourite drink? I like a chardonnay during a hot day

and a red wine with my meals. Occasionally, I imbibe a single malt. What is a definite no-no when it comes to your favourite drink?

No boxed wine or flavoured wine. What is the most expensive drink you drink?

A big treat for me is an aged red wine. I am not particular about the wine farms, because generally our South African wines are not just great but excellent. Where have you had the best dining experience?

Signature Restaurant in Rivonia,

Sandton. What made it really memorable? It was on the occasion of my eldest son Kabelo’s birthday, What is your favourite holiday destination?

It is always a toss-up between Fancourt and Zimbali – with golf, mainly Fancourt because of its proximity to the wine route. Which is your favourite place to chill and why?

Vilakazi Street in Soweto, because of my involvement with the establishment of the Soweto Heritage Route.
