Zuma is a serious threat to the ANC

-

Former president Jacob Zuma is up to something, but what exactly his game plan is will be known sooner or later.

Those who used to say Zuma uttered dangerous statements when he was in KwaZulu-Natal have been vindicated.

Zuma’s statement on Friday after his first court appearance has left much to be desired.

His declaration that his detractors will hate and that is why they pushed for the reinstatement of his case was not just a political statement.

Black First Land First (BLF) has been operating as a factional component to fight Zuma’s fights and the former president never disowned the formation.

It can’t be a coincidence that when the Guptas and Zuma’s names are dragged through the mud, BLF comes forward.

Since his recall, JZ holds firm the stance that the ANC was not fair to him – something he is not backing away from. He comes across like a man who doesn’t understand why he was recalled.

Zuma plays the victim every time. If he really loves the ANC, a party he argues has been his home for his entire life, he should distance himself from people who use its regalia to undermine it.

He should distance himself from formations that use his name for gimmicks.

If Zuma has no intention of starting a breakaway group, he might have plans to give his blessings to other parties and destroy the ANC from within.
