Price has paid his dues to share stage with big stars
Household names feature in event
As worshippers in Middelburg gear up for the God is My Heritage Festival later in September, rising star Tshepo Price will use the opportunity to give back to the Kingdom.
The talented vocalist, born Tshepo Clement Theko from Pretoria, says he will also use this opportunity to share the stage with his favourite stars.
A host of A-list gospel stars such as Lebo Sekgobela and Thina Zungu are billed to perform at the event.
It will take place at Sidney Choma Banquet Hall in Middelburg, Mpumalanga on September 22.
Price says he decided to partner with the event to help a local church raise funds for a new church building.
“As a Christian and a gospel singer it’s also in my spirit that I see the work of God growing… I can’t be a Christian and not plant back into the Kingdom of God.
“Me doing this is to say let God’s work go forward. It’s also an opportunity for me to meet my fans in Mpumalanga,” he said.
“Tshepo Price is always simple and is always ready to give what fans expect from him. I am just a servant and a vessel of God, so fans must come and expect to hear from God.”
The musician will be among upcoming artists who will relish the opportunity to share the big stage with household names.
The gospel event will be hosted by TV personality and radio presenter on RiseFM Kedebone Mkhabela, who is also a musician.
A portion of the proceeds for the night will be donated to the City Refuge Ministries for their ministerial programmes.
