Banks colluding with criminals

-

Banks are supposed to be a safe place to keep our money but, these days, the opposite is true. By opening a bank account, the assurance of safety is included in that transaction.

It is worrying that there are people who can access my account and take my money without my knowledge, but with the bank’s knowledge of course.

These criminals usually take R99 from a lot of unsuspecting bank clients without their knowledge.

When I went to inquire with my bank I was asked if I ever telephonically allowed some company to deduct this amount from my account. The answer was no, and I was informed that the bank would reverse that money back into my account which made me happy.

This system of telephonically allowing companies to deduct monies from our accounts without our signatures is criminal.

A week later, I got a bank statement and discovered that a fee of R55 was taken from my account by the bank as a charge for reversing the R99 which was taken by thugs.

It made me very angry that the bank charged me more than half of the R99 fraudulently taken from my account. How can the bank allow thugs into my account without my authority?

This gives me the impression that our monies are not safe with banks and that I must keep mine at home.

What was and is worse is that the bank is the only winner in this fraudulent transaction; the criminals did not get my money and I lost my R55 to the bank. Now how can this be?

The bank knows the account number where my R99 went as it retrieved my stolen money. My question is: Do the banks work with criminals or are they criminals themselves?
