They also used mainly fringe players in winning the match 3-1 for an 8-2 aggregate triumph. * Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has revealed the club are regularly talking to Eden Hazard about a new contract, but he only wants his star player to remain at Stamford Bridge if he is fully committed to the cause.

* Emre Can is expected to return to the Juventus squad for the Derby d’Italia with Inter tonight. The German joined the Bianconeri on a free transfer from Liverpool, but has been out for several weeks after surgery on a thyroid nodule. Can returned to training last week, but was not in the squad for the win over Fiorentina. * Arsenal are preparing to let another high-profile player leave on a free transfer at the end of the season with the club not planning to offer a new contract to Danny Wellbeck. The club’s long-standing contract offer to Aaron Ramsey was withdrawn in September and they have now made it clear there will be no deal for Wellbeck, expected to be out for most of the season after breaking an ankle.

* Manchester United have been dealt a blow as transfer target Marko Arnautovic faces time out due to injury. The Austrian injured a hamstring during the 3-0 victory over Cardiff on Tuesday and is expected to miss the rest of 2018.
