Public welcome back at the track
After what has seemed an eternity, racegoers can finally again attend race meetings country wide, with immediate effect.
Up to 2000 people will be able to attend race meetings at Turffontein, the Vaal, Greyville, Scottsville, Fairview, Kenilworth and Durbanville, with immediate effect.
Attendees must, however, strictly adhere to all Covid-19 health protocols and social distancing measures.
It is the first time since March 2020 that the public is allowed to attend race meetings.
This news comes at the perfect time as the Highveld Summer Season is fast approaching, with the Gauteng Summer Cup scheduled to be run on Saturday 27 November at Turffontein.
