INVESTMENT company Sasfin Wealth has appointed Steve Doidge national head of private client solutions and head of Sasfin Wealth in Cape Town.
He was most recently CEO of the RealFin Group, a provider of financial solutions, and has sold his majority interest in RealFin’s institutional business to a consortium led by existing shareholders, while Sasfin Wealth has acquired RealFin’s private client asset management operations.
Doidge has a BCom, an MCom and an MPhil (taxation), among other qualifications.
MANDISA Tshikwatamba is new CEO of the Small Enterprise Development Agency.
For more than six years she was deputy director-general for corporate management at the National School of Government. She held other top management posts for more than 10 years.
She has an MBA, honours degree in developmental studies, BA and BAdmin, postgraduate certificate in finance and investments and a postgraduate diploma in industrial marketing management.
Seda has 58 branches and 57 incubation centres across the country.
MZUKISI Deliwe, an executive director of media and marketing company Provantage Media Group, has been appointed deputy CEO.
Deliwe has many years of experience with airports and was awarded the Acsa Feather Award for best advertising concessionaire in 2012 and 2014 at King Shaka International Airport, best advertising service provider in OR Tambo International and Cape Town International airports in 2013, best advertising concessionaire at OR Tambo in 2014 as well as the advertising service Feather Award 2015 for Cape Town International.
PHARMACEUTICAL company Boehringer Ingelheim South Africa has appointed Tim Snell as the new general manager and head of its human pharmaceutical business unit.
Snell was schooled in marketing management and business administration at the Sydney-based Macquarie University Graduate School of Business. For the past six years he has headed the company’s prescription cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory and muscular marketing businesses in the 19-country Eastern Europe region. Most recently he was vice-president for cardiovascular marketing in Ingelheim, Germany.
