CALGRO M3 has appointed Wikus Lategan CEO, and Manda Nkuhlu will join the board as executive director.
Lategan, who replaces Ben Pierre Malherbe, joined Calgro M3 in 2008 as financial director and was subsequently appointed as group MD in 2015.
He has served as chairman of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants’ northern region, representing its Members in Business Forum, and is a former audit manager at ARC.
Nkuhlu holds a BSc honours degree from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
He has more than 12 years’ experience in the property industry, having held a number of senior management positions.
He was investment manager for the Social Housing Regulatory Authority, where he was responsible for running the public entity’s investment and projectimplementation operations.
Nkuhlu was appointed project manager at Calgro M3 in September 2014. MASANA Petroleum Solutions has appointed Morena Sithole MD.
Sithole was previously chief operating officer of Masana, and has more than 15 years of industry experience in roles that span commercial operations and general management.
He also held several leadership positions in BP Southern Africa from 2001. These included country head for Castrol Lubricants in South Africa and performance unit leader for Air BP, responsible for strategy and operational performance delivery in Southern Africa. WARREN Murray has been promoted to exhibition director of Exposure Marketing, the organisers of MamaMagic and the Baby Expo.
He has nine years’ experience in the exhibition arena, which he gained at Exposure Marketing. He will continue to be involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, media and design.
