WHEN it comes to popcorn my favourite is freshly popped corn, not the microwave kind, enjoyed warm and sprinkled with salt. If I’m feeling indulgent, particular­ly on a cold day, there’s nothing nicer than curling up with a bowl of popcorn, coated in melted butter, and a movie. Cape Town chef Anita Labuschagn­e of Guzzle & Wolf Gourmet Popcorn recently launched a variety of exotic flavours, including coconut and chia seeds, rosemary and parmesan, feta and black pepper, salted caramel, Greek yoghurt and Marmite.
