Shopping centres up for grabs

ON MARCH 28 at noon, Reliance Auctions will be holding a combined retail and commercial auction at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton.

The properties are diverse and are in the Western Cape, North West, Gauteng and Mpumalanga.

With retail properties and landmark hotels on offer, it promises to be an exciting auction with great opportunities for the discerning buyer.

Among the properties on offer are two prime shopping centres in the heart of Malelane, one with a gross living area of 3 897m² and boasting a strong tenant mix with national anchors such as a Choppies supermarket, Chicken Licken and Barnetts, to name a few.

The second is adjacent, and measures 2 951m², with national anchors such as OK Furniture, PEP stores and Tekkie Town.

Both buildings are on the N4 and experience high volumes of local and Mozambican trade.
