Bushveld game farm on auction

YET another opportunity to acquire a bushveld game farm will be presented on Wednesday April 26 when Van’s Auctioneers puts a 460ha farm with excellent improvements and plains game on auction.

The farm is situated about 116km from Thabazimbi.

It has a main house with swimming pool, a lapa with a bar and kitchen area, a store room of 250m², a car port, other store rooms and labourers’ quarters.

The farm has three boreholes with submersible pumps. Various dams and tanks are replenished with borehole water.

The veld is sweet bushveld and about 5.5ha is under pivot irrigation.

Two pivots are included in the sale.

The farm is game-fenced and has nine inner camps for exotic or other game breeding.

Plains game such as gemsbuck, impala, kudu, eland, red hartebeest and waterbuck are included in the sale.
