Shower-head blues

Capetonians face an arid future with new water restrictions coming into force yesterday. Given that the chance of rain any time soon is “incredibly uncertain”, users will be limited to 87 litres a day. You might want to avoid consorting too closely with these citizens in the south, who are being asked to restrict their showers to two minutes, and to make do with only a “wipedown” every second day.
