Assessed at NQF level 5. Programme in Risk Management (75949) – (7 modules) Risk management has emerged as one of the major management disciplines in a business environment. The purpose of the programme is to provide students with a fundamental knowledge to enable them to manage the risks an organisation faces. Students will acquire knowledge and understanding of a variety of disciplines that will add value in the effective management of risk. Assessed at NQF level 6. Short Course in Applied Risk Management (76929) – (1 module) The purpose of portfolio based this short learning programme is to expose students to a practical research-related approach to risk management and to apply their knowledge on risk management. Students accredited with this course are able to understand how to approach and research risk management solutionsthat are necessary in modern organisations to ensure a proactive approach to manage risks. Advanced Programme in Risk Management (76789) – (5 modules) The purpose of this Advanced Programme in Risk Management is to give students an advanced understanding, knowledge and competencies necessary to apply the principles of risk management in an organisation. The programme is intended to empower students to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate responsibly within the field of Risk Management. Assessed at NQF level 8.
