ANC North West provincial chairman Supra Mahumapelo and other members of the ANC leadership listen to a speaker during the party’s provincial general council held at the Rustenburg Civic Centre on Friday. Mahumapelo launched a veiled attack on Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa, telling party branches at the council not to elect an ANC leader who was ‘inclined to an imperialist agenda’.
