Deputy President McBuffalo was at his jovial best taking questions from the parliamentary press corps this week.

He did not giggle even once, making quite a change from certain others in the Presidency.

Only once did he look less than completely sure-footed — when a journo said “Cupcake”, a term of endearment he apparently goes by in some cyberspace quarters.
