Recall for tiny GM car that’s big in China
US motor giant General Motors and its partners in China will recall nearly a million vehicles over a fuel tank problem, a Chinese regulator said on Friday.
It is the latest recall to hit car companies in China in recent months.
The recall of 938 686 vehicles involves GM’s tiny Baojun model, a very popular China-specific model that has shot the company’s sales in the country upwards in recent quarters.
