Sputtering Kuga bank loans settled

The owners of six Ford Kugas whose cars had either caught fire or sustained engine and electronic failures after being recalled and “repaired” last year, have had their bank loans settled by the car maker. Lawyer Rod Montano‚ who is handling a class action lawsuit against Ford brought by some of the 72 Kuga owners whose cars malfunctioned after being recalled, accused the company of using the settlement offer to kill any legal action
