The Fikile finger of fate

The politician formerly known as Razzmatazz may suck as a police minister, but Fikile Mbalula clearly excels when it comes to singing for his supper. Here is a man who just last night was bombarding the Twittersphere with propaganda on why Mama Afrika was the only suitable person to take over as ANC president.

But now that NDZ has failed to win the ANC race and McBuffalo has become the new sheriff at Luthuli House, Mbalula is singing a new tune. Cyril Ramaphosa’s election as ANC president is the greatest thing to happen in the country’s fight against crime and corruption, Mbalula told the media.

When a reporter pointed out the monumental flip-flop, Mbalula responded in a manner only he, and possibly that clown of a former SABC executive Hlaudi Motsoeneng, could: “That is why I have moved from Razzmatazz to Fearfokol, I fear fokol”.
