Equipment for manufacture of packaging material on the block

● On Thursday Park Village Auctions will bring to market assets stemming from Active Packaging, an established corrugated cardboard and chipboard packaging material manufacturing concern.

Manufacturing equipment to be auctioned comprises a Curioni Lodi 1 colour printer slotter, a Golden Leopard printer slotter, a filler slotter, a beam slotter, industrial bandsaws, roller press die-cutting machines, strapping machines (including an auto-strapper), a stitching machine, a Cresor corner machine, an MPM semi-auto gluing machine, a Melton Hot Melt glue system with two hoses and two steel tables, industrial extractor fans, pallet jacks, steel work tables, steel multi-tier industrial shelving, double-door steel cabinets, and a Jinlong 50 kVA diesel generator.

Additional items to be sold include office desks and chairs, four-drawer filing cabinets, a bar fridge, a computer, and a CCTV camera system.

The Active Packaging assets are located on portion 390 of the farm Hekpoort, 504 JQ, on the R560 Hekpoort Road in Mogale City, which is where the auction is set to take place at 10.30am.

Those who wish to view the equipment may do so on-site the day before from 10am to 3pm.
