Prime Mpumalanga agricultural and livestock farmland with much water

-

● An opportunity to purchase some of the best and most well-known farmland in the Morgenzon area in Mpumalanga will present itself on March 14 at 11am, when various properties are presented on auction.

The farm portions include well-known farms such as Ebenhaezer, Vaalbank and Arizona. The farms have abundant water, with many seasonal streams that traverse them. There are also a lot of boreholes connected to reservoirs which supply the many drinking troughs with water. The fields on the farms have access to the drinking water and the water supply suffices for the livestock requirements.

Apart from the natural grazing and pastures the farms also have much dry land, ideal for the cultivation of maize and soya. These fields have a long-term yield potential of five to seven tons per hectare.

The 258ha farm Roodekrans also has a number of good improvements, including a five-bedroom house with three bathrooms, a kitchen, family room, lounge and enclosed verandah. It has four garages, storeroom, sheds of ±1 200m² and cattle- and sheep-handling facilities.

Viewing days have been arranged for Tuesday and again on March 13 and prospective purchasers can contact Van’s Auctioneers for details. Van’s Auctioneers can be contacted on 086 111 8267 or buyers can visit its website or Facebook page for more information.
