THE BLUSHED CHEEK
THE NEW CLASSIC:
Sculpted and super sheer; a mixture of principles from contouring and colour draping, blush takes a step back as a focal point on the face and becomes a suggestion of colour.
TIP 1: Focus the application of blush from the temple and work the colour towards the hollows and apples to create a gradation that adds depth to the cheek.
TIP 2: Candy pink blushes had their place in the ’80s, but the updated blush falls within the colour spectrum of dusty pinks, terracotta and deep purples in creamy formulations.
TIP 3: The updated blush isn’t shy and loves to be everywhere; from the cheeks and eyelids to the bridge of the nose.
