Send him back to Nkandla

-

Although Thuma Mina (Send Me) has won the Prez many a supporter, he must be cursing himself for coining the catch phrase. It seems to have attracted the attention of the one figure he wishes would stay out of public view as the country prepares for general elections. That figure is none other than the man whose mess McBuffalo is trying to clean up, the former No 1, who, as we learnt this week, is erstwhile editor-in-chief of ANN7.

The Nkandla Crooner appears to have really taken to heart the call to volunteerism demanded by the Thuma Mina campaign. He is everywhere, headlining ANC activities in KwaZuma-Natal. This could help prevent some voters in the province from returning to the IFP. But it might also backfire everywhere else in the country, where Baba kaDuduzane is as unpopular as Arsene Wenger among Arsenal fans.
