Law on the Esidimeni case

National police spokesman Vishnu Naidoo said police and the NPA were investigating the Esidimeni deaths. About 45 inquest dockets have been handed to the NPA for a decision on whether to pursue a criminal investigation. “It is a very complicated process, with a lot of deaths. A team has been investigating. Proper process must be followed to ensure justice prevails,” Naidoo said
