Invitation for offers on assets from company under business rescue

Graders, excavators, trucks, loaders and other mining equipment and assets to go under the hammer

● An invitation to submit offers on mining assets and equipment held by Confident Concepts (Pty) Ltd, which is currently in business rescue, has been jointly issued by Park Village Auctions and GoIndustry DoveBid.

The assets, which are to be sold either individually or as a whole, include two CAT 140K Graders, nine CAT 374 and 390 excavators, 20 CAT 740B ADTs, 11 CAT

745C ADTs, six CAT 966H loaders, four CAT D8R Dozers, Astra Rigid Trucks and Jaw Crushing Plants.

It must be noted that the business rescue practitioner reserves the right not to accept the highest or any other offer.

Offers are to be submitted to Brooks & Braatvedt Inc, 203 Jan Smuts Ave,

Parktown North, 2193, no later than 3.30pm on June 14. Further terms and conditions apply.

Viewing is available by appointment only on this Wednesday and Thursday, and next Monday on site at Optimum Coal Mine & Shiva Uranium, (Brakfontein site), Mpumalanga, and Shiva Uranium, North West.

Viewers are required to wear full personal protective equipment and provide a copy of their ID to access the site.
