ANC remains a party of surprises

Some in the ANC are simply the gift that just keeps giving to the opposition. Take this one ANC staffer, Errol Velile Present. When he’s not present at Luthuli House, he allegedly moonlights as a cash-in-transit robber. He was this week nabbed for armed robbery. No presents for guessing what the ANC did to him. Party bosses fired him on the spot. Maybe Present misinterpreted the Thuma Mina (Send Me) slogan as a call to be sent to rob cash vans.
