Some of the claims against the Bobroffs

● Juanné de la Guerre sustained severe head and spinal injuries in an accident in 2005. The Road Accident Fund paid out R2.8-million. She initially received just over R1.7-million from the Bobroffs. She is suing them.

● Matthew Graham suffered brain damage in an accident in 2006. The RAF paid out R1.98-million, of which he received R1.1-million from the Bobroffs. His lawsuit against them is pending.

● Yvonne Fourie was involved in an accident in 2005 in which her husband and infant daughter were killed. The RAF paid out nearly R1.8-million, of which she received R1.08-million. She is suing the Bobroffs for R3.1-million for accepting a low offer from the RAF.

● Manresh Haripersad was involved in an accident in 2002 which left him with a bad limp. The RAF paid out R526 630, of which he received R245 468 from the Bobroffs.
