Ntshona previously worked at Barclays Africa Group and Shell.

She has an honours degree in industrial relations and human resources from Nelson Mandela University.

She joins Mercer from the Liberty Group, where she was MD of the SME division.

High-net-worth underwriter MUA Insurance Acceptances has appointed Michelle Ashen-Abrahams head of brand and marketing.

Ashen-Abrahams has more than 10 years of short-term insurance experience and has worked on some of SA’s largest corporate identity change projects, most recently Nedbank.
