● Park Village Auctions, in associatio­n with GoIndustry DoveBid Liquidity Services, will soon bring to market an assortment of residentia­l and commercial properties stemming from Confident Concepts (Pty) Ltd which is currently in business rescue.

Residentia­l homes in Sandton and Midrand, a corporate conference facility in Klerksdorp, and a vacant stand in Kyalami will go under the auctioneer’s hammer this week.

The first property, 22 Murray Avenue, Morningsid­e, Sandton, will be auctioned on October 30 at 11am.

Standing astride land measuring 1,983m², this large split-level family home comprises an entrance foyer and atrium, an open-plan lounge and fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with a scullery and storeroom, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
