Taking inspiration from the vibrant,tropical hues of the new limited edition WBeauty Heatwave eyeshadow palette; lead makeup artist Lesley Whitby created punchy eye and lip looks set against clean, dewy skin for the SA Fashion Week AW19 shows. “This season I have focused on the skin and moisture; we want to see the girls’ skin. Obviously it can’t be too dewy because of the lights, but the beauty looks are fun and there’s a big focus on the eyes and having one statement feature. These looks are not dated and are designed to morph into the clothes,” says Whitby.
