Large warehouse, offices and contents available in Alberton

-

● Park Village Auctions (PVA) will bring to market a large Alberton-based industrial warehouse, A-grade offices and contents on November 20.

The assets on sale belonged to an aluminium frame and window manufacturing concern that is now in business rescue.

“PVA’s business rescue division specialises in selling businesses experiencing difficulties. Most businesses sold under this banner are simply in need of a capital injection or restructuring in order to continue operating and therefore represent a great opportunity for investors,” said PVA’s LeRoy Augustyn.

Located at 20A Dan Jacobs Street, Alrode Extension 2, the property comprises a large double-storey industrial warehouse with offices consisting of a reception area and foyer, open-plan offices, private offices, boardroom and meeting rooms, storerooms, server room, cloakrooms, staff kitchens and entertainment area and balcony.

At the back of the office building is another warehouse fitted with double industrial roller garage doors together with ancillary offices and storerooms and staff toilets, covered parking for at least 21 vehicles and a further 10 open customer parking bays. This, Portion 1 of Erf 1467, measures 9,820m² in total.

Jaco du Toit, head of PVA’s property division, said: “This multi-purpose property occupies a prominent position in one of Johannesburg’s most important industrial areas which has quick access to arterial routes including Swartkoppies Road, the

R59 Sybrand van Niekerk Highway and the N3 Highway.”

To be sold under the banner of movables and equipment are: an Elumatec A7221/01 double-head cut-off saw, a De Walt cut-off saw with Elektra Beckum stand, an

Elumatec cut-off saw with stand, a punch/press Rousselle with stand, an Elumatec 06244-E580/5 double head saw and SBZ122 aluminium profile CNC Machine with control panel, a Rexon DP-330F press drill, an Elumatec EP120 punch as well as a double-header cut-off saw, a Striebig vertical panel circular saw (standard TRK2 with Austro antipollution system), a Fini
