1COOL DOWN AND REFRESH

Whether finishing a gym session or trying to survive the humidity, a few spritz of facial mist will keep your skin hydrated and combat any sensitivity. Try going for a mist that has a mattifying formula to avoid looking too dewy.

2SOOTHE AND ENERGISE

Skin tends to look tired and dull when it is feeling a little under attack by the fluctuating climate. Always include a multipurpose face treatment that will not only intensely hydrate, but also repair and soothe.

3TOTAL PROTECTION

Protecting your skin from UV damage should always be the finishing touch to any grooming routine. Chemical sunscreens are the best to use for easy absorption and to avoid any grey film on the skin. Always ensure that it is applied at least 30minutes before sun exposure for maximum protection and efficacy.

4ACTIVE RECOVERY

Don’t forget: the skin on your body needs just as much attention as the skin on your face. Ease tense muscles while rejuvenating the skin with a lightweight sports body cream. Apply in small circular motions for maximum blood circulation stimulation and lymph drainage.

5ON A FRESH NOTE

Skincare is not the only way to re-energise and freshen up — having the perfect scent can also do the trick. Go for scents with fruity notes, such as pineapple or bergamot, for a subtle hint of freshness.
