Makes 1 6 cherries with stalks A double tot of your favourite gin Quality pink tonic Ice cubes Mint leaves

Remove the stalks and pips of 3 cherries and slice in half. Place in a tall glass and pour over the gin. Allow to stand for at least 15 minutes to infuse.

Just before serving, top up with pink tonic, add the remaining cherries to the drink and add lots of ice and a sprig of mint.
